We have two short weeks, so I thought I would compile everything you need to know into one blog post.
What we are learning:
Math: We are learning how to tell time on digital and analog clocks! First graders should be able to tell time to the hour and half hour. This is definitely a tricky skill, but one that we would love for you to work on at home! Students will actually be making their own clock on Thursday that they will bring home to practice with. You can also discuss the difference between AM and PM, and what kinds of things you do at different times of the day.
